    Booked a Dacia Duster 4x4, received instead a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV for same price. Only problem was, that we... received the car without battery charger cable and with discharged battery, so the fuel consumption was slightly higher. Otherwise the pickup process and return of the car was very quick and without any issues.plus

    I love the email notifications I get upon arriving and how close the rental is to the airport (we recommend visiting... Iceland!). It’s well organized. A hybrid vehicle we rented was clean and comfortable for the our drive on the Golden Circle adventure with my girls. A check out was quick too. There is an airport shuttle near the front every 20 minutes to take you to the airport. It took only 10 minutes to walk to the airport so we just walked.plus

    I have rented from almost every agency at the airport. You were great. I love the self check in...and your agent when I... returned the car was friendly. The car had some mile on her but she held up well. Just throw some windshield wipers on her for the next person.plus

    After doing much research, I chose Geysir because of the great reviews I read online. I was not disappointed. Picking up the... car was super swift and easy. Their pre-registration system was very friendly and made everything that much easier. The staff was very helpful in recommending us places to go and things to do. The car was in great conditions.plus

    Phenomenal Customer Service. The best prices in car rentals. Car selection was top tier. First time in Iceland , and I was... nervous about everything ! Thank you for last minute accommodation to my reservation. Arrived at 7am instead of 9 & was able to return the car later than agreed.Wish I remembered the fine gentle men who checked us in . He was very informative about everything. Alerting us about gas stations , northern lights & just setting us up so quickly . Was able to add WIFI which was great to have , while going south of Iceland. The Jeep Compass had all the bells and whistles . Seat & steering wheel heater, CarPlay , great camera system & the interior was immaculate & cleanYou can tell the front desk gentlemen takes pride in his job and enjoys it . Overall a great experience and warm welcome from Iceland as soon as you land after a 5 hr flight @ 6amThank you for providing great service & great vehicles .Geysir you will have my business when traveling abroad !plus

    Great car rental,friendly experienced staff. We got a nearly new Hyundai Tucson. The car was super clean inside and... outside. Unfortunately we bring the car in a bit dirty 🙈witch was luckily no problem.All in all a very positive experience 👌🏻plus

    I hired one of their 4x4 for 5 days and the car was so much better than expected. It was top of the range, and performed... like it was throughout the entire trip. I went on a lot of long rides and it did the job perfectly.The staff were very kind and helpful, and gave me good advice on how to best operate the car and places to visit on my trip.Highly Recommended this company if you want to hire a vehicle!plus

    Possibly the best rental car service I've experienced to date! I had heard negative stories about some of the international... car rental companies in Iceland, so we decided to go with Geysir based on their great reviews and the fact that they're a local business. We were not disappointed! The staff were so kind and informative. They went above and beyond in providing helpful tips. The car, a Dacia Duster 4X4, worked perfectly for our purposes. And Geysir even reminded us mid-trip when winds were expected to pick up to be careful about opening our doors (a common cause to rental car damage in Iceland). Overall a very smooth and positive experience renting via Geysir. Would definitely do it again!plus
